Modern Lake Front New Build

This modern lake front home was designed with a lot of attention to detail. It incorporates unique lighting, architectural trim, and beautiful high end finishes. Some of the less obvious features are the incredible smart technology features. All the recessed lighting through out are Ketra fixtures which are programmable to change the warmth of the lighting delivered. It can exactly match the tone of the natural light currently outside the home. Or it can be set to be a cooler more energizing light in the morning and slowly warm throughout the day so that the evening light is more relaxing and promotes better rest. The health benefits of good design were definitely given a lot of consideration in this project.
