Conception to Completion

Undertaking a new construction or large renovation project can be overwhelming with the amount of decisions and details involved.  It's incredibly important to make sure that you're making smart decisions and not overlooking any details because once the project is done, there's no going back without considerable expense.  That's why we have a "Conception to Completion" approach to these projects.  We will be an integral part of your design-build team and work closely with you, your architect and your builder to make sure that your project runs smoothly and is exactly what you've dreamed of when it's complete.

During the initial Project Design Phase, we will conduct a thorough review of your architectural plans.  We take into consideration furniture placement, traffic patterns and lifestyle factors.  We have the ability to provide 3-D renderings of your space and the potential design to help you visualize our plan.

Once your construction plans are finalized, we can get to work on the myriad of details that goes into a construction or renovation project.  We will guide you in specifying the following:

  • Cabinetry
  • Tile / Flooring / Carpeting
  • Plumbing fixtures
  • Counter tops
  • Door Hardware
  • Cabinet Hardware
  • Closet and other storage systems
  • Lighting – interior and exterior
  • Trim and architectural moldings
  • Iron railings, balusters or unique details
  • Ceiling designs – coffered ceilings, tray ceilings, cathedral ceilings, etc.
  • Fireplace mantels and surrounds
  • Doors and windows
  • Mirrors
  • Exterior Finishes (Brick, stone, roof, trim, siding, etc) and hardscapes

We will make routine site visits to work with your contractor and subcontractors to address all installation, design and product questions that arise.  As your construction draws to a close, we will assist with all of the furnishings and finishing touches that will make your house the dream home that you imagined.
